Corey Miller
Corey Miller is a tattoo artist who’s been working his magic for over 23 years and as he puts it he’s “learning new shit everyday”. Corey owns the Six Feet Under Tattoo Parlor in Upland, California.
There is an awesome biography of Corey on his Six Feet Under Tattoo Parlor site where it’s written in great detail how Corey started out tattooing in the early 80’s and moved his way up to where he is now. It’s interesting to find out that Corey had no formal training as a tattoo artist, that he has become the artist he is today by working on tattoos - sometimes falling on his face, but getting back up and getting back at it over and over.
He’s a pretty awe inspiring tattoo artist… and to give you a bit about how he got started in the tattoo industry this is from his site:

On the show LA Ink, Corey always seems to be the one who’s mostly level-headed and you can just tell he’s been doing this for a long time. Kat is very lucky to have him on her side and working at her shop - seriously. He does some pretty spectacular tattoos and you can see more of his work at his Six Feet Under site.
